The story of the Lost Train Segway Tour

We begin the tour at the historic train station platform of Jerusalem, which was recently renovated as a complex of authentic culinary and cultural experiences.

We hear the story of the establishment of the first train to Jerusalem and its great influence on the city.

We ride along the old railway line, which remained in its place since the days when the platform and the railway were active, and pass through the new lawns and regulated bike routes in the area.

In our tour we also pass through the German Colony and get a taste of its unique European style.

We hear the story of the Templars, and pass and learn about several historic buildings and signs in the area that currently undergo conservation.

We continue through the picturesque Bak’ah neighborhood, which was the exclusive neighborhood of the elite of Jerusalem Arabs.

We ride along the tracks to Katamon neighborhood and to the historic border which used to divide Jerusalem between the two states.

The tour is about two hours long and is approximately 8 km long.

Water is provided to all the participants.
